Welcome to OWL International School!
OWL International School was started in 2012 in a room of our house.
At that time, I looked around for a school in Tokyo for my own children, but could not find one that satisfied me.

The school that made sense to me was
(1) an all-English environment like being in a foreign country
(2) teachers who love children and give them lots of love
(3) raising children to have a sense of self-esteem

Just because they attend an English school does not mean that we want to raise them to be geniuses with high IQs.
We want children to come home with lots of love and English because they are going to school. At OWL International School, we do not provide day care services such as "just showing videos. We may use videos as teaching materials, but we nurture English and self-confidence through the communication that comes from them. Whether it is English or violin, we hope that the children will learn something that will give them confidence in themselves and become happy people with a sense of self-esteem.

Today, the world is in the midst of upheaval. We believe that no matter what the situation, the most important thing for adults to do for children is to nurture them to be self-confident and strong-minded individuals. We have held on to this commitment and belief since the beginning of our school and will continue to do so in the future. When we start talking about parenting and English education, we have endless stories to tell. We sincerely look forward to meeting other like-minded fathers and mothers!
